The words on the bumper sticker just make sense and resonate with my spirit. If, as followers of Christ, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who hate us, then is simply follows that we are called not to kill, but instead to walk a mile in their shoes and see our actions from their perspective. Killing just isn't a part of the love which we, as followers of Jesus are called to embody.
